Prices for our diecast models and related products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
For payment processing, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payments (partial or full) via bKash. When paying via bKash, you must provide the bKash number used to send the funds and the exact Transaction ID on our website to verify your payment. We shall not be liable for delayed order processing resulting from incorrect transaction details provided by the customer.
Many of our collectible models are offered on a pre-order basis. For pre-orders, we may require a partial advance payment or the payment of the delivery charge upfront.
Delays: Manufacturer release dates are estimates. Advance payments for pre-orders are strictly non-refundable, even if the manufacturer delays the release of the product.
Cancellations: If a pre-order item is officially canceled by the manufacturer or if SAMS Diecast cannot fulfill the pre-order, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
We currently ship orders exclusively within Bangladesh. Our aim is to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure events, bad weather, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
If you select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, you commit to paying for and accepting the package upon its arrival. If you refuse to accept a COD package from the delivery personnel without a valid, documented reason, your phone number and address will be flagged in our system, and we will no longer accept future orders from you on our website.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a "change of mind."
